How to get test results
- Call the surgery using 01225 866611 and press option 2
- Use the NHS App
- Log into your SystmOnline account or to register click here.
Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. This means that we can only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given permission or are not capable of understanding them.
How long does it take to get my test results?
When you attend a test of any kind, you will be told how long you should expect to wait for the results. Blood test results usually take five working days to get back and be checked by your GP.
Please ensure you view your results via the NHS app or call the results line. Due to the volume of results we receive every day, we are not able to call patients individually about results. If there is anything that needs discussing further, there will be a message on your results with what to do next and if you are unsure, please talk to a team member. You may receive a direct message from the practice should a more urgent action be required.
