How to book an appointment

• NHS App under Services -> Contact your GP about a health problem - between 7:00 am and 10:00 am Mon - Fri
• NHS App under Services -> Check for available GP appointments - use for Blood tests, HCA appointments or Smear tests
• SystmOnline - use for Blood tests, HCA appointments or Smear tests
• eConsult between 7:00 am and 10:00 am, Mon - Fri  for appointments or administration requests
• Book an appointment by calling the surgery on 01225 866611.

If you phone to make an appointment, the reception staff will ask the following questions:

• Is this a new or ongoing health issue
• A brief description of your symptoms (in confidence) 

This will help the receptionist manage your appointment as it might be more appropriate for you to see one of our Emergency Nurses. If you need an appointment, a clinician will call you back as soon as possible. For more information please click the following link:

Types of appointments

At Bradford-on-Avon and Melksham Health Partnership, we offer different appointments to help you get the care you need as soon as possible.

Routine appointments

We aim to notify you of your routine appointment to see a clinician or medical professional within 48 hours of receiving your online request.

Urgent appointments

If your appointment is urgent, we’ll arrange for a clinician or medical professional to see you on the same day.

You can also call NHS 111 for general medical advice.
